Tata Safari Storme

Tata Safari Storme SUV is likely to hit the Indian roads after April this year. Safari Storme codenamed earlier as Tata Merlin, was unveiled at the Auto Expo this year. Tata Safari Storme will ride on the Aria platform; however all the premium features of Tata Aria have not been passed on Storme due to the fear of cost escalation.  The SUV will use the same 2.2 liter DiCOR engine which churns out 140 Bhp and 315 Nm of top power and torque, respectively. The interior is all new with the use of fake wood inserts, new instrument clusters and upholstery. The wheels have not been revamped as the looks of Safari are its USP. Safari preserves its off road capabilities that are retained by the electronic shift on the fly and the 200mm ground clearance. Improved steering system with a radius of 5.4 meters makes the car an easier one to drive in the small and busy Indian roads.

Chevrolet Enjoy

 Chevrolet Enjoy MPV was unveiled at the Auto Expo 2012. The MPV has been tailored for local market conditions and would be priced at about Rs 7 lakh. Manufactured with the collaboration of it Chinese partner-SAIC, Chevrolet Enjoy which is better known as Hong Guang in China, will hit Indian market in second quarter of 2012. The car was shown at the Auto show with nameplate Chevrolet MPV and numerous tests will be done on the new car so that it comes out as perfect rival of Innova like Maruti Ertiga, Nissan Evalia etc. The seven seater-Chevrolet Enjoy will be suitable for those seeking style and space.
